Reliability Plan
The Reliability Plan is built around the same approach as the Commuter and Reliability Check, delivered as ongoing care across the year.
It is designed to keep your bike safe, quiet and dependable in regular use, with servicing scheduled to maintain confidence and catch issues early. Rather than waiting for problems to appear, adjustments and recommendations are made as part of a continuous maintenance rhythm aligned to how you ride.
The result is a bike that remains predictable and trustworthy.
This plan suits daily commuters and regular riders who value reliability, clarity and peace of mind over time.
Season Ready Plan
The Season Ready Plan follows the same philosophy as the Season Ready Service, structured across the year to prepare your bike for changing conditions and increased mileage.
Servicing is timed to ensure your bike feels right as riding ramps up, transitions between seasons and recovers from harder use. Maintenance decisions are made with the wider picture in mind, so the bike is prepared ahead of key moments rather than adjusted only once issues appear.
The result is a bike that stays smooth, efficient and ready when it matters most.
This plan is well suited to riders whose mileage varies throughout the year and who want their bike to perform consistently when it matters most.
Performance & Longevity Plan
The Performance and Longevity Plan extends the principles of the Performance and Longevity Service into a long-term maintenance relationship.
Servicing is planned to maintain efficiency, precision and mechanical health across sustained mileage, with decisions made to optimise ride quality while reducing unnecessary wear. Rather than resetting the bike only when performance drops, this approach keeps it operating at a high level throughout the season.
The result is a bike that feels refined and purposeful year-round, delivering consistent performance today while protecting component life over time.
This plan is designed for high-mileage riders and those who value long-term mechanical stewardship as much as immediate performance.
How plans work in practice
Maintenance plans provide ongoing care and priority access rather than a bank of prepaid services. Each plan applies to one named bike and follows the same service philosophy as our individual service packages, with timing and focus adjusted to conditions and mileage change.
Plans are booked through our online system in the same way as individual services. A booking deposit is required to reserve workshop time and helps reduce late cancellations and no-shows. This deposit is credited against parts or consumables used during the service. Collection and delivery are not included in plans and are booked separately where required.
Plans cover servicing only and do not include bike collection, delivery or additional work outside the scope of scheduled maintenance. Any extra work is discussed and approved before proceeding.
If your riding changes, plans can be upgraded at any time going forward. Downgrades require cancellation of the current plan and resubscription to a new plan. Plans are non-refundable and unused value cannot be released for cash or credit.
