Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a service?

All bookings are made through our online booking portal on the Book page. You can select your service, choose collection or drop-off, and pick a date that suits you. Pricing and availability are shown during the booking process.

What is included in the booking deposit?

A booking deposit is required to reserve your workshop slot. It is deducted from your final invoice. For plan customers where labour is already covered, the deposit is offset against any parts or consumables used.

Do you offer collection and delivery?

Yes. Collection is available at an additional cost (£9.99–£29.99 depending on location). Drop-off is free. Collection and delivery are booked separately from plans.

What services do you offer?

We offer three service levels: the Commuter/Reliability Check, the Season Ready Service and the Performance & Longevity Service. We also offer ongoing maintenance plans. Full details and pricing are shown during booking.

How long will my service take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the service and current workshop schedule. Estimated times are shown during booking. We will keep you informed if anything changes.

Do I need to clean my bike before bringing it in?

Yes. Bicycles must be presented in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessively dirty bikes may be refused, rebooked or subject to a cleaning charge.

What if additional work is needed?

If we identify any issues during the service, we will explain them clearly and seek your approval before carrying out any additional work. Nothing extra is done without your agreement.

Do you work on e-bikes?

We work on LAPS and previous e-bike systems. Please see our E-bike Policy for full details, or contact us before booking if you are unsure.

What is your warranty on workmanship?

Workmanship is guaranteed for 20 days from completion. Concerns must be reported within 7 days of invoice issue. The warranty covers labour only and excludes wear, misuse, impact damage or age-related failure.

How do I raise a complaint?

Please see our Complaints Procedure for full details on how to raise a concern and what to expect.
