By booking a service with ProCycleMobile, either verbally, in writing, or via any electronic means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
A minimum call-out charge of £25 applies to all mobile services.
Customers are requested to provide detailed information about their bike prior to service.
If additional repairs or parts are needed, we will notify you with the costs, and no extra work will be done without your consent.
Please ensure your bike is clean before service; a £15 cleaning fee applies if the bike is excessively dirty.
We do not service electric bikes, scooters, or e-scooters of any kind.
Payment must be made at the time of service, either in advance or upon handover of the completed work; no work will be released without full payment.
All sales of parts are final unless there is a fault or valid warranty claim.
Any issues with service must be raised within 7 days in writing to [email protected].
A storage fee of £5/day applies for bikes not collected within the agreed timeframe.
Allow up to 45 minutes after the agreed service time for mobile servicing; delays beyond this may warrant discussion of discounts.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days, and parts installed are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for delays due to third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents).
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to retain possession of the bike; after 14 days of non-payment, we may sell the bike to recover costs.
Bikes not collected within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of to recover costs.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their bike; inaccuracies may result in delays or additional costs.
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with these terms.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
Our mobile services are tiered by region; check your region before booking as additional travel charges may apply.
We take privacy seriously, and any personal data collected will only be used to fulfill your service.
For safety reasons, we may refuse to service bikes that pose a significant health or safety risk.
